My name is Farryn Davies and I am a makeup artist based on the Gold Coast, Qld. .I have a Diploma of Specialist Makeup from the Australian Institute of Creative Design and possess skills in Body and Face Paint, Special Effects, Prosthetic creation & application, Beauty makeup and hair styling.

I have been a freelance MUA since 2016, working on a range of films, theatre productions, Halloween events and special occasions.
Most recently, I have worked on projects such as: 'Eden' (Creature FX department), 'Mortal Combat 2' (SFX Makeup department),'Godzilla x Kong 2: The New Empire' (Prosthetic team) and assisted in the making of the Prosthetic costumes for 'Fall Guy' under the umbrella of JMB FX Studios.
Beyond film work, I have also had the pleasure of working on: stage productions such as The Gold Coast Arts Centre's Mary Poppins: The Musical; theatrical events like Movie World's Fright Nights & Seaworld's Carnivale; and fashion runways & shoots for brands such as Frida Swim & Luna Frankie. I have also previously placed in the top 15 of the Nyx Professional Makeup AUS Face Awards for my face and body paint in 2018.
